Refund policy
At Minila, we want every customer to feel confident while shopping with us. Each piece you order goes through careful quality checks before dispatch, and we take great care in packaging and timely delivery. Still, we understand that sometimes you may wish to return or exchange a product.
To keep things fair, simple, and transparent, we have outlined our Refund & Exchange Policy below. Please read it carefully before placing your order.
1. Return & Exchange Window

We offer a 4-day return and exchange policy starting from the day your order is delivered.

Any request submitted after the 4-day period will not be eligible.

Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.
2. Refund Policy
We provide refunds in two forms:
a) Store Credit (Preferred Option)

Refunds are issued as store credit to your Minila account.

Store credits can be used for any future purchase without an expiry date.

This ensures you don’t lose the value of your order and can shop again anytime.
b) Refund to UPI (On Request)

If you wish to receive a refund in your bank account, it will be processed through your UPI number or UPI ID.

In such cases, a ₹250 service charge will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds are released within 7–10 working days after the returned item passes our quality check.
3. Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges under the following conditions:
a) Exchange When Correct Size Was Sent

Example: You order size S, and we deliver size S as per your order.

If you still want to change to another size, we will process the exchange with a charge of ₹250 per item.

This covers handling, shipping, and repackaging.
b) Exchange When Incorrect Size Was Sent by Us

If the size delivered does not match your order or does not match the official Minila size chart, the exchange will be done free of cost.

In this case, we will bear all courier and service charges.
4. Conditions for Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused and unworn.

All original tags and packaging must be intact.

The product should not have any stains, perfumes, or damage.

Items purchased during final sale or clearance offers may not be eligible unless defective.
5. Charges & Deductions

Service Charge for Refunds to UPI: ₹250 per order.

Customer-Initiated Exchange (correct size delivered but customer wants another size): ₹250 per item.
-
Incorrect Size/Defective Product (our error): No charges, free exchange.

Shipping charges paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable.
6. How to Raise a Request

Email us at ping@minila.in with the subject line: Return/Exchange Request – [Your Order ID].

Attach clear product images and describe the reason for return/exchange.

Our team will respond within 24–48 working hours with the next steps.

Once approved, we will arrange pickup or provide instructions for return shipping.
7. Processing Timeline

Return verification at our warehouse: 2–3 working days.

Refund initiation (store credit or UPI): 7–10 working days.

Exchange dispatch: 2–5 working days after return approval.
