1. Shipping Coverage

  • Currently, we ship across India only.

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout. Please ensure your details are accurate to avoid delays.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on all orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping charge will apply (displayed at checkout).

  • Shipping charges, once applied, are non-refundable.

3. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

  • All confirmed orders are dispatched within 24 hours from our warehouse in Surat, Gujarat.

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on your location:

    • Metro cities: 3–5 working days

    • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 4–7 working days

    • Remote areas: 6–9 working days

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.

4. Delivery Partners

  • We work with trusted courier partners to ensure smooth delivery.

  • Delays caused by courier partners, weather, or unforeseen events are outside our control, but we will assist you in resolving issues as quickly as possible.

  • Once shipped, you can track your order using the tracking link sent via email/SMS.

6. Failed Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of recipient, or refusal to accept, the package may be returned to us.

  • Re-shipping in such cases will be chargeable.
