4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to ship all confirmed orders within 24 hours.

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination but generally range from 3–7 working days within India.

  • Once shipped, customers will receive tracking details via email or SMS.

  • Delays caused by logistics partners, weather, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • We have a 4-day return and exchange policy.

  • Refunds are usually issued in the form of store credit.

  • If a customer requests a refund to UPI, a ₹250 service charge will be deducted.

  • Exchanges requested when the correct size was delivered are charged ₹250 per item.

  • If an incorrect size was sent by Minila, the exchange will be processed free of cost.
